Kaia can answer in chat and the dashboard gives you a fuller review surface.

Open the meals tab.

Kaia can point you to the right dashboard area if the page is easier than a chat reply.

Where do I connect my calendar?

Kaia should redirect you to the settings integration page.

Private 1:1 messages stay private. Group chat requests are visible to the group.
Admins can usually see and edit shared dashboard records. Other family roles may see less.
